How to enter
Email a photo of your decorated Christmas tree to photos@pikenursery.com between December 1 and December 14, 2011.  One photo will be randomly selected each week day to receive a $10 Pike Nurseries gift card.  Submitted photos will be posted by Pike Nurseries on their company facebook wall. Only one (1) gift card per facebook fan address.

1.       Pike Nurseries Decorated Christmas Tree Contest:
  • How to enter: Beginning December 1, 2011, through December 14, 2011 participants may email a photo of their decorated Christmas tree to photos@pikenursery.com.
  • Winner Selection: Each week day one photo will be randomly selected by Pike Nurseries Staff to win the $10 Pike Nurseries gift card.
  •  By participating in the contest, entrant certifies that his/her entry is a decorated tree from his/her resisdence. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any entry that it believes does not comply with these official rules, or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the contest.
  • Prize: One (1) Pike Nurseries $10 gift card each week day through December 14, 2011. Winner will be notified via registrant’s contact information as listed on email with submitted photo, at Sponsor’s discretion, on or about, each week day, December 1-14, 2011.
 
2.     ENTRIES: Limit one (1) entry per email address. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entry may be ineligible. 
 
3.       ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of province of residence at the time of entry and are a registered member of Answereology.com. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec Province and where prohibited by law. 
 
4.       DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that : (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, “Special Damages”); and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. Georgia State law, without reference to Georgia’s choice of law rules, governs the Promotion and all aspects related thereto. (5) By participating in this promotion, entrant agrees to release Facebook and acknowledges that Facebook does not sponsor, endorse or administer Sponsor promotion, and (6) that the material submitted by entrant is provided to Sponsor, not Facebook.
